For the concessionaire dedicated to serving value to their patrons. This is the size of container that justifies the price most concessions charge for this snack. The "well" in the corner adds to quality by allowing a portion of cheese (or salsa) for dipping.

Kind of neat.,

These cost a nickel more than just using two pound tubs or paper plates. However, they make a very nice presentation of nachos and cheese and it keeps the cheese warmer and the chips less soggy, so I believe we are selling more product. These larger (6 X 8) trays give the customer the right quantity of food in my opinion.

great size. the cheese space is big enough to hold the 3.5 oz container of cheese since we do not use bagged cheese. it can also be used to hold the large pretzels and cheese sauce. very economical. easy ordering.
