I recently made my first purchase from “Sam’s Club” and I am pleased to say that in all aspects of the transaction, the experience was without a flaw. Now that is saying a lot these days, given the normal quality of products ordered on-line and vendor delivery services in particular. I was most pleased by the responsiveness of the merchant, the efficient processing of my order, and the fact that “Sam’s Club” met their commitment to deliver the product as ordered, without damage, and on-time. The only thing missing was the assembly of the “Lifetime Outdoor Shed” which was a small challenge for this senior citizen as discussed in the next paragraphs.
The assembly plans for the “Lifetime Outdoor Shed” are easily understood and clearly written. As other buyers have noted you will encounter a glitch now and again but nothing of any major consequence, except perhaps if you make the same bad decision that I made and do not to invest the time and effort necessary to build a solid and level platform for the shed as recommended by the manufacturer.
On the other-hand if you do what is really necessary at the outset you will miss out on the opportunity to atone for that omission down-stream when form-fit-and-function really matters.
The “Lifetime Outdoor Shed” will assemble very nicely even if the platform on which is rest is less than level. A little shimming here and there as noted by other installers will get the job done very nicely. But during the process you will ask yourself several times will I ever learn to follow instructions, and stop looking for a short-cut.
I am most pleased with the result, and while should I ever buy and build another, be assured that I will build a level and stable platform upon which I will assemble the shed.
Best of luck with your purchase, and rather you follow the “Lifetime Outdoor Shed instructions closely or not, I believe you will be most pleased with the result.

Picked it out without seeing it, but then discovered it at a big Home and Garden store which convinced me to buy it. Price at SAM's MUCH lower than store or Manufacturer. Made in USA is GOOD. Read previous reviews to see how long to put it up, type of base, etc. Decided to have a concrete base although the floor provided is good. Assembly went fairly well, with only a few "head scratcher" reviews of the instructions. Partner who did much of the work used a power screwdriver on LOW ratchet, which worked well - DO NOT USE A HIGHER TORQUE. Is all I expected and then some. spacious, lots of headroom (I am 63"), airy with the vents and window. Window is a little too simplistic with the plastic "glass".

I purchased this shed from Sam's as it was the best price around and included shipping. I received it in 2-3 weeks (I think closer to 2) and it arrived without a scratch on the boxes.
I built my platform in one day (by myself) from treated 2x4, 3/4" treated plywood and put it on 3 treated 4x4 skids. I leveled it on concrete blocks.
Then I had my father-in-law over and we put up the shed itself. There were 2 of us working on it for about 5 hours continuous. For about 2 hours, my brother-in-law helped as well. We completed everything during this time and it went fairly smoothly. The doors and roof is a bit tedious.
I would recommend using a drill on a very low torque setting to get the screws started and complete all tightening by hand. We only had one screw strip, but that was from using the drill (even on a low-medium torque setting). After this, I lowered it and we tightened all by hand.
Seems fairly sturdy so far and I added my own LED battery-powered light, which shows enough light to see what you're doing in there.
The only cons of the shed, which I knew purchasing it, was that it is plastic. It's for lighter duty use (ie, don't use it as a wood shed). It looks nice though and went up quickly!

Great little shed, took about 4 hours to assemble. Need two people, would be a difficult one man job. ABSOLUTLEY has to be on flat and level ground or it will be out of whack and hard to finish the last roof pieces and keep doors even. Was skeptical about the plastic, but when finished it was very sturdy.

I have only had the product for a week or two so I don't know how it will perform over time but I was impressed how easily it went together. I did it by my self for the most part; had to have help at the end to align the last corners, and it took me about 7 hours with breaks. Instead of a helper I used clamps and referred to the directions for each step. Some of the directions could be clearer for sure.

After going to our local Sam's club and finding they did not sell the shed there anymore, my wife & I went online to purchase it. The shed itself is a great purchase. It only took about 6 hours to build the actual shed. But be careful on which dimensions one follows for the sub floor. In the instructions, it shows two different measurements. You want the one with the slightly less than 8' wide but for sure 10' long subfloor. Be careful not to overtighten the screws w/a power drill. If you have a variable speed drill, set it to one of the lowest settings 1st and then increase if need be.

Not the best or easiest,

I had a shed from HD damaged by hail and needed a new one, and this was in the club for a few hundred less than anywhere else.
My old one had interlocking pieces with hollow vinyl pieces, making it very waterproof and insulated also. The only screws were to hold the flashing and endcaps.
This one by comparison was very difficult with 40 pages of instructions, hundreds of screws, pieces that don't fit if the piece before isn't exactly in place. It is impossible for one person to put together. (by contrast the vinyl shed had about 8 pages)
Having no insulative value at all, it is unbearable to go inside in the heat of the day, making me wonder about how long things will last being cooked every day.
The material does seem like it will hold up in the sun and weather longer. My old vinyl shed is starting to get brittle on the sun-side after 9 years, but would have still lasted a while were it not for the hail storm.
The plastic floor is a joke. It is hollow inside and collapses. There were dents from the ladder when assembling the roof.
And it is more attractive than my old one. But now that it's too late, I wish I would have paid the difference and bought another like the one I had before

This shed was my first purchase on line and I would highly recommend purchasing items online through Sams Club. The product was as described and arrived must sooner than I anticipated. I was told it would arrive in 3 to 6 weeks but it was delivered in one! Also, the frieght company was very accommodating. My home is on a mountain top (very difficult for delivery) and the frieight company worked with me to make the delivery as smooth as possible. I will definitely order online through Sam's Club again without a doubt.

I would have to rate this product very high. It does seem to have 500,00 screws to put in and without a power drill I don't know how you could complete it but when completed it is a great piece of equipment. It is a lot of work and something that should only be tried by at least two people but the quality can't be beat.

Our only disappointment was that the window panel was dimpled during shipment and that there was only one window; two would have been better. This is one of the "beefiest" resin sheds that we had seen and decided to buy. There were some minor fitting problems that had to be "ooched" into place but it went together rather easily. Only when we got to the last roof panel did the frustration get to us. Everything has to be in perfect square fo fit right. It would have helped if the flooring had 'L' brackets instead of popping the side panels into the flooring. Also, they could have come up with a better method of alignment adjustment on the doors other than shimming the opposite alternating corners of the building. But it's still a great shed!
