Add additional beans/vegetables/chicken/etc. and you've got a really hardy meal. Makes at least 2 quarts. So far we've purchased 10 of the Thank You Soup Samplers (best deal). Because ingredients are freeze dried, most are being stored for emergency backup. According to the manufacturer only the spices have a limited shelf life of approximately 2 years. Sam's offers them at a considerable discount over Leonard Mountain's website retail prices. Worth stocking up on just in case. Excellent choice.

My mom told me today how good the soups were. I was a little concerned since they were low fat and low sodium that they may not taste good. Was surprised to hear this from her!
