This salmon is delicious. Since it doesn't have to be refrigerated until opened, I can buy several at once (saves on shipping!) and keep them in the pantry until needed. Serve it on lettuce with crackers - it's always the hit of the party. A MUST for anyone who likes salmon !!!!

This is excellent quality smoked salmon in a nice wood gift box. It is delicious if you buy it just for yourselves, and it makes a really nice gift (I added a bottle of Berringer's White Zinfandel for the final touch)! We bought this in a large quantity so that we could give several gifts as well as have some for ourselves! You'll love this salmon!
