Served during Thanksgiving weekend. One comment heard: "smells like cat food". After that comment, tasting was near impossible. Don't know what cat food tastes like, but I am sure that my cat would turn her nose up at it.

I order Eagle River Smoked Sockeye Salmon every year and is a hit with anyone I give it to as a gift. Of course, I keep quite a few for myself. Very reasonably priced. It is wonderful for quick dinners - just open and serve, it's that simple. The taste is phenomenal, one of the best smoked salmons - ever. A 10 out of 10 purchase!
