Great Screen House,

We purchased this screenhouse more then 7 years ago. We live in Wisconsin and the only thing I should mention is that you should take down the screenhouse before the tempreture gets to low. We waited until November one year and the canvas top started cracking when we took it down. The tempreture was in the high 30's that day even with the sun. So I would reccomend taking it down sooner rather then later. Otherwise we still use it every year. Guests are happy when you can sit outside without mosquitoes and bees. Makes parties more enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a way to enjoy their backyards even more.

Great One,

I wasn't sure this would hold up in the wind--but I came back here to review this product because I have had it through all seasons of weather now and it has been wonderful, no wind marks on the fabric and no dents from the grandkids. This is well worth the money. The only draw back is it HAS to have a flat surface and they say you can take it down but we would not reccomend that because it takes all morning to install. BUT overall this is a great little private outside room.

I had one of these screenhouses for 20 years. Took it down every fall though, and it was wonderful. It finally needed to be replaced, so we just bought another one for our site in a trailer park. We live in it in the summer, breakfast, lunch, dinner and my husband hooked the TV up in there as well! He did however, wire the top down on each of the metal ribs so the top wouldn't blow off as it did once years ago. It is sometimes difficult to get the roof stretched enough to hook on, but patience paid off. Great purchase - I love it~!!

Our screenhouse as it is today.
I bought this screenhouse back in April. I have to say that I do love this screenhouse. I had a problem with the door panel being warped and another panel that had a dent in it. I called customer service at Kay Products, and they shipped me out the 2 new panels, no questions asked. The only thing people should know is that the surface/ground that the screenhouse will sit on, has to be perfectly level or the panels can become damaged. Each panel is connected to the next by a rubber seam and metal guidewires that run along the top and bottom of the screenhouse, so even the littlest lump or rock can offset the entire screenhouse. All in all, it's a great product for the price (it was $699 when it was available in the store).
