This is the best sandwich cheese! I'm a lover of sharp cheddar, but after reading the review on this I thought I'd give it a try. WE LOVE THIS STUFF!!! We also use it to make Chile con Queso & it is AWESOME! I'm still a Sharp Cheddar girl however I will add the Swiss/American to my list of favs!!!
