It's been proven that liquid minerals and liquid multi-vitamins are more easily absorbed into the body than pills and capsules. Also, many research centers and universities have extensive studies that prove minerals and multi-vitamins lead to a longer and healthier life. Liquid Colloidal Minerals is a great product that literally improves my RLS symptoms in minutes! Because the colloidal minerals are suspended in liquid form, they are able to speed to the blood stream and give fast relief. Pleasant blueberry/cola flavor appeals to everyone, as well. Worth it's weight in gold!,

This is a fantastic product I discovered years ago. You need all these minerals daily & can not get them in your foods you eat. This is the only liquid that contains all of the minerals and tastes fine that I've been able to find--- compared to another I tried at GNC that was triple the $$ & tasted like soap water! Liquid minerals are absorbed completely as opposed to pills that may go thru your system only partially dissolved. If you have any general medical problems like sore back, headaches and so forth... try this and see how it works for you. I don't get sick anymore- I mean never... no colds, no flu...I really believe this has boosted my immune levels significantly. My back, that used to lay me up at least 2x's a year w/an advisment that someday surgery may be in my future... gone. Fine now for the last 10 years that I've been taking thiese minerals. Over the years, I've occasionally run out & whenever I've been out for a month or more... I get sick, so I am convinced these minerals are doing something positive. Good luck!
