My husband purchased these gloves when they were available in the store. He loves the thickness (or lack of) as they protect his hands without binding him so that he has to remove them. He works around cattle and these protect his hands but are so flexible that he does not have to remove them to do the things he needs to do. When we couldn't find them in the store our daughter thought of looking on the website for them and gave them to him for Christmas.

I have purchased these 100% leather gloves for many years and was disappointed that the stores no longer carry them, substituting some cheap cloth glove with a little leather on the palms. Based on other reviews, many other people feel the same. Please put them back in the stores.

My BEST work gloves,

I bought these gloves in Sam's Club several years ago, and found them to be the best fitting, most flexible and comfortable work gloves I ever had. I kept trying to get similar gloves from other makers, but none were as good. These work great when I'm doing woodwork. I can handle tools and smaller items perfectly, because of the thinness and fit. Finally, my third pair was wearing down and I needed more. Ordered these online - they are the same gloves I love.

The 'Plainsman Cabretta Leather Gloves' are the best brand of gloves that I have ever found. (I have been through quite a few brands over the years with disappointments.) These actually fit like a glove is supposed to fit your hands and are very comfortable to wear. They are as close to not actually wearing gloves as I have found. They are very agile with the ability to pick up small items with ease. I was informed that this product was no longer available at my local Sam's Club so I just 'ordered' addition gloves for myself due to family members always wanting to keep their 'borrowed' pair. Having to purchase these gloves on-line now is the only 'CON', which really does not concern the gloves.

Best gloves I have found,

These are the best gloves I have found. I have tried many pairs for work and motorcycle riding and nothing I have tried is better. I dye them black for work and my original pair (6 years of motorcycle riding) still look, feel, fit, and work great. For the best fit I wash, dye, or use on hot day and the glove forms to your hand. I just wish the clubs in my area still carried these gloves.
