Great Bed,

Slept in this bed in a hotel in CT. Had to have it, best bed I ever slept in. Price included delivery, only fallback was I had to buy 2 sets (sets include the box spring also). Pillow-top is on both sides so it can be flipped.

No Mattress Compares,

I discovered this mattress at a hotel in Las Vegas. After sleeping on it in the hotel for a week I realized my chronic back pain was gone. The morning we were checking out I made sure to write down the specifications of the mattress. Upon arriving home I began a long search for the mattress, which apparently could not be ordered by any retailer, nor could we order it directly through the manufacturer which was disappointing considering the business we have provided to Serta through our clients in the furniture industry over the years. Finally I found the mattress online at Samsclub.com, but there was one setback, which was that I had to buy 2 sets. This is the only reason I gave the overall rating as good and not excellent. Considering the quality of this mattress compared to the other Serta models that could be bought individually in store, I am surprised that the company makes it so difficult to buy this product which seems to be available exclusively to hotels (and to Samsclub.com members if you buy two sets). I was eventually able to find a family member who needed a new mattress. Finally having this mattress after the long search was definitely worth the wait! My back pain is gone and my overall quality of sleep has vastly improved. I would definitely recommend to friends (but I would have to give the disclaimer that they must buy two sets).

BETTER THAN TEMPER PEDIC BEDS,

DD and I just came back from Vegas. After day 3 I ended up ripping the linens off the beds we were sleeping in to find out what the beds were. I wrote down every detail, determined to order the same bed once we got home. The only place that had them was Sam's. The price was about half of what I expected. The only downside was you had to buy a minimum of 2 sets. DD had a new Temper-Pedic bed and decided she would rather have this bed. The beds came super fast, the delivery company was exceptional and we are both sleeping like babies every night.

The best innerspring mattress I have known.,

I slept on this mattress many times at the Islandview Casino in Gulfport, MS. According to the Serta, the only place you can buy this is from a hotel that gets them from Serta. I've checked with the few hotels and their price for this mattress is about double that of the Sam's Club price.
My wife and I love this mattress. We have it on two beds in our home. I believe it is as good as you can get for an innerspring mattress.
However, if you have $2500 then I would recommend a memory foam mattress. It just doesn't get any better then a quality memory foam for the best sleep ever.
I sleep on a Park Place 4000VS cool therapy. I highly recommend it for the ultimate nights sleep. A good sleeping pill helps also.

Great Mattress,

Love it - sleep through the night now. During my last stay at the MGM in Vegas I finally remembered to check the mattress they have because I always sleep well and feel great when I stay there. I'm a middle aged former athlete who's already had a knee replacement, have a bad back and have arthritis in almost every joint . I can say that in the 2 weeks we've had this mattress, I don't ache anymore in the mornings and my joints hurt very little. I'm a big guy and this mattress is comfortable but still gives support. We bought new pillows as well and that relieved the neck pain my wife and I were having. I thought having to buy them in a two pack was going to be a problem, but them my wife told me our dughter needed a new set so it worked out fine. One word of caution - this set sits very high, so you will need a low profile bed or frame or if you sit up too fast in the middle of the night, you might hit your head!

Excellent Quality,

This would be perfect if you could buy only one mattress. Fortunately, I needed two. I also wish there was an option to choose low profile boxsprings. The bed is rather high, but no more so than other beds made now.
My mother-in-law suffers from back pain and slept very well on it when she stayed with us. In fact, she would like one just like it.
The mattress is in the guest room so I can't attest to how the bed will wear, but it is designed for hotel use, so I am hopeful.
