I ordered 6 of these for Christmas Eve dinner for my family and they were great. Not one piece was left. I followed exactly the directions on the back of the roasts and they came out perfect! I even cooked them in my large roaster so I could use my oven for side dishes. They were easy to slice and serve and I made an au jus sauce from the soppings at the bottom of the pan. I plan on ordering again and havinig some in my freezer for when the kids are home again on a short notice and I want a special meal.

Prime Rib for my Family,

I prepared this for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and everyone just had to have it. They were picking it off the pan with their hands and eating it straight. They couldn't even wait until I put it on their plate. No one ever questioned me if I made it from scratch or if it was store bought. All they saw was me constantly basting the Prime Rib. It's my secret. Shhhh... I will definitely buy this Prime Rib again. It's going to be one of my signature "wow" food. No one has to know I got a little help from Sam's. Love it, love it! Thanks Sam's!
