Best value for the dollar by far.,

The elastic straps that come in the box make the fit snugger for my mom. Much better fit than any other of the S-M-L sized undergarments out there. Much less leakage than other products because of that. Only downside is that my local store doesn't stock them. >:(
I have to stay ahead of the game and order ahead of time to cover the one to two week delivery lag time. Plus that results in paying not only tax but also shipping. I order 5 cases every 4-5 weeks. You'd think that for consumable one-time-use items like this, over a certain dollar value or case quantity of an order, Sam's would offer free or reduced price shipping. I really wish Sam's would stock them at my local store (just a 10 minute drive) so I could just go over and pick them up as needed.

Best product for quick changing,

Was first recommended by my urologist following surgery. Tried underwears, but they were too restrictive and cumbersome. The belted undergarment is easy to remove/change out. Works extremely well when you put a Poise pad in it, for long outings. All urologists should recommend this item.
I would also like to see this item returned to Sam's Club stores. I buy six cases at a time as this gives the best price break for shipping.

Both of my parents have ended up using these. As the caregiver, they are SO easy to put on and take off someone else. They are much cheaper and easier to use than the briefs. Great product!
