Simmons Cascata Tray Sofa Sleeper Futon

The Simmons Cascata Tray sleeper sofa folds out to reveal a standard full-sized bed with a premium innerspring mattress. The Cascata Tray features a transitional, curved arm design. The arms have pull-out magazine storage , hidden flip-top remote control storage, and tray table. The arms, seat and back are constructed of solid oak for increased durability and longer mattress life. The finish is a multi-step rich tobacco colored stain with a lacquered top coat to preserve the beauty of the wood. An EZ-Glide mechanism is used, which provides a quick and reliable way to convert the sofa into a bed. The micor-fiber fabric is machine tufted onto the innerspring mattress, which gives the futon a "sofa-like" appearance. The fabric is durable, breathable and easy to clean. The full size innerspring mattress is constructed of 13 gauge springs with a 272 coil count for support and durability. The springs are supported with high density layers with natural blended batted cotton for maximum comfort. The mattress includes two coordinating 22" welted pillows. Additional futon covers are available to match the style of most any décor.

I've had this futon for almost 4 years now. It is extremely comfortable. All my guests have raved after sleeping on it. I recently moved it into my home office and have been using it as a sofa to watch tv. It is also comfortable for just sitting on. The frame is very attractive and sturdy. It is a great purchase!

Extremely Comfortably...and beautiful craftsmansh, 02/26/2009

I needed a bed/sitting area in my guest room. The color is gorgeous and compliment all of my accessories. I have had this for 2+ years and its quality hasn't shown a scratch. It is easy to set up into a bed and back to couch. The bed is queen size so it has the space to stretch out! The mattress has inner springs and is super comfortable for sleeping. This was soooo comfortable that I ended up moving it to my living room for daily use about 6 months ago. I highly recommend it for all rooms of a house.

Love my new futon, 12/31/2008

I needed another bed for guests to be able to use. My sister had purchased a futon from SAMS so I decided to try it also. This is a very sturdy futon. You will need assistance putting it together and moving the pallet it is delivered on. The trays that come with it are a very nice feature and once attached are very sturdy. The mattress I received is darker than the photo, more of a mocha color, which I prefer to the photo.

OVERALL I THOUGHT THIS PRODUCT WAS GREAT. IT WAS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. I DID IT BY MYSELF, BUT RECOMMEND TO HAVE SOMEONE ASSIST. IT'S A NICE THICK HEAVY WOOD FRAME. THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL WAS STRONG AND STURDY. THE KIDS LOVE IT.
