Powerline PPR200X Power Rack

Fire up your workouts on one of the first inventions that allowed weightlifters to workout safely and effectively, the Power Rack! Created several years ago, nearly every gym has one, so why not you? With the wide "walk-in" design there is plenty of side-to-side movement for a variety of exercises such as squats, incline, decline, flat and military presses as well as shrugs and calf raises. It comes complete with 18 positions, two heat tempered lift-offs and two saber style safety rods so you can keep your exercise routine the way it should be: simple and effective. Item is shown with optional Lat Attachment #PLA200X, Bench #PFID130X. Freeweight plates, bars and collars are sold separately.

Great Quality Power Rack, 10/06/2009

I was in the market for a power rack for about 3 months. I decided on the PPR200X because of its price, and the good reviews Ive seen on many sites. Its much cheaper than the closest competitors, and is a very solid rack. I have no regrets over buying it. Be warned, the instructions arent that great. They consist of a parts list, and an exploded drawing. Basic, but it gets the job done. At no point did I wonder what needed to be done next. Also, I recommend a partner to help you put it together due to the size of some of the parts. Aside from that, all you need is a couple of 3/4 inch wrenches or sockets. It ships in three boxes, so UPS can easily handle it. Its 2x2 tubing, so accessories such as New York Barbell's dip attatchment will work perfectly. A very solid addition to any home gym setup. If youre on the fence about this rack, dont think cheaper is lesser quality.

I purchased this product for use in a home gym. Assembly was easy. Product performs great. If you lift weights at home this a great product from a safety standpoint for squats and bench.

For the price the rack is great. I was scared to get the cheaper rack but once it arrived and i put it together i knew it was solid. I will warn you the direction are not friendly but it only took me about 45 minutes to put together..... Tip, start from the bottom and work up, and put any plastic end caps on first!
