The Best Seasoning Ever!, 06/01/2008

I mixed Burgundy Beef dry rub in the hamburger meat before grilling. Not only was it the burger the best I have ever tasted, everyone else thought so, too!

The seasoning does not taste like the name. It is a nice blend of flavors that really makes a burger taste special. We are going to try it on steak next weekend.

Weber really knows how to make an awesome dry rub!
