This is the 2nd one of these units my husband and I have purchased. We really love this humidifier! The blue light is really unique and it is compact in size. Make sure to use bottled or distilled water and NOT tap water or the unit will not run properly. We saw an identical unit by another brand name that was twice the price that is charged at Sam's Club for this unit. Worth the price for sure! We even put this unit inside of a cauldron and used it as a fog machine for a Halloween party!

Good Humidifer, 10/27/2009

I purchased several of these. It is a quiet humidifier and comes with a calming blue light. I put one in each of my kids rooms because both have asthma. It helps them to sleep without being disturbed by the coughing associated with asthma. Great for colds too!

One Quart capacity seems small but on medium setting runs 7-8 hours. Perfect for a bedroom or office. Blue light took some getting used to but also serves as night light.
No filter, no cleaning or replacements!
