This is sooo good! Lots of chicken, surprisingly good alfredo sauce, and mild blackened seasoning.
FYI: It did need to set after bake time to thicken the sauce. Very pleased customer. This is one frozen dinner I will continue to buy!

Zatarain's does not skimp on the chicken, which other brands tend to do. This comes in two trays, which will easily feed a family of four. Or you can just cook one tray for 2-3 people. I usually serve this with a salad and Member's Mark Texas Toast. You will definitely have leftovers as you really do get a lot.
The sauce is really good, but I usually have to cook it a bit longer than what is recommended. I let it stand a bit longer too in order to let the sauce thicken up.
