MY BACK FEELS GREAT,

Very thick, high quality and especially comfortable. I require less sleep and wake up well-rested. SInce my new mattress was more comfortable than my pillow, I had to buy new, firmer pillows to match! I love this mattress and it was well worth the price.
The delivery people even tightened the bolts on my bed before setting up the mattress.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this mattress set! It feels like such a "princess and the pea" mattress set. I have had this set for 5 days and my husband and I are thoroughly satisfied with our purchase! The comfort level of this mattress is wonderful -- very soft due to the Eurotop aspect, but also firm and wonderfully supportive for both my husband and me.

I wasn't planning on spending this much money on a mattress, but figured my husband and I would use it when the other is sick, not just for guests. It's extremely comfortable and a great value! The delivery was prompt & the delivery guys were very courteous and careful bringing the set in.

We are newlyweds who had been sleeping on an old, lumpy, sagging double mattress. Switching to this firm, but cushion-y queen was like sleeping in heaven! So far, it isn't getting "dents" in it, though sometimes the pillowtop does bunch up between us in the middle of the night. Other than that, really, we love the mattress!

We purchased 2 set of Eurotop Sealy Queen Mattress after checking with several mattress national firms. The online service and comparision of product for cost was excellent at Sams. The delivery was 1st class with my wife accepting the mattresses delivered within the hour of the phone call, within 7 days of the online order, and with energetic professional persons delivering the mattresses, setting them up and carrying off the old mattress. Great Deal,

This beds quality is great. It sleeps well. The pillow top is soft and the underneath is firm. With two people in the bed you do not roll to the middle.
The comfort of the bed is good. You can feel your body settleing into the memory foam. This bed is no hotter than any other bed with a mattress topper on it. I have read some reviews about the foam holding your body heat in.
If you are sleeping on a soft bed it will take some time to get use to this firm bed.
It is very nice and a much needed improvement over the worn out Serta I had been sleeping on.
The price is outstanding. I had shopped several stores comparing prices and gathering information about mattresses. I decided to stick with a Serta. I knew what to look for and ordered this mattress online. I did save about $400.00 using Sams Club!
The delivery set up person was nice and very polite on the phone, but was not a good listener...he pretty much did what he wanted. For instance, I asked him to use my cell number, he used my home number. He told me they could deliver during a certain time span, they delivered 2 hrs earlier. Had to ask a neighbor to look for the truck and open the door for them to bring the bed in my house. The delivery guys were great according to my neighbor.
Over all the experience was good. I will not bash the quality and value of the bed for my problem with the delivery company.
So, if you need a new bed I recommend this Serta Fairmont. If in doubt, go into your local Sam's and try it before you purchase online.

The bed is slightly softer than a firm bed, but so comfortable that both my husband and I love it. I am 6 and a half months pregnant and finally sleeping without back pain. The foam on top provides some cushioning, and the mattress below has good support. Unlike beds with very thick foam tops, this top does not cause you to sink in too much so that parts of your body are in cavities and others are raised. Great purchase, and timely and easy delivery.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the mattress and box spring set that we had seen in the Club on sale on the website including free white glove delivery. The price was excellent but the free delivery really clinched the deal. We had been thinking about renting a truck, since the local club doesn’t deliver. The web transaction went smooth and indicated possible delivery period of up to six weeks due to fabrication and delivery delays. The mattress was delivered in less than ten days. The delivery company did a fine job setting up the new set and even took away the old set for free.
We are very happy with our purchase. The new set sits much higher than our old set, but my wife loves this look. We have slept comfortably ever since and have significantly less back pain issues than before. I highly recommend this buy.
