I compared mattresses of similar quality at three area stores, including Sam's. This mattress was excellent quality and very comfortable. The price was at least $200 less than comparable mattresses that I priced. We were looking to replace the mattress in our guest room and wanted one that was relatively firm but with a soft pillowtop. When the mattress arrived my teenage son liked it so much that he claimed it for his room. The delivery was prompt with no problems.

Nice Set,

This was my husband and I 's first bed that we bought together...and overall i can't complain. The bed feels a little firmer then what we tried at the store..but that may be because we need to break it in a little longer. The Queen feels smaller than the queen we originally had. Not all queens feel the same in terms of width. My husband and I are now just sleeping a little bit more snuggly then we used to..this bed also feels high up off the floor.But other than that this bed is great..its not tooo soft or too firm..so it works well for both of us.

This mattress feel good but has a lump down the middle. The box spring smells so strong I may have to send the box spring back to sams and reuse the old one. The bed was well worth the money though.

Great Savings/great service/great product,

My husband looked on Sams' website to see if they carried mattresses and Box Springs and we were pleasantly surprised to find it on the website and then was able to "try it out" at the store, but with the service we received. Sams' delivered, set up, & removed the old set, just like the other retailers along with carrying a good selection of a nationally known brand all at no extra charge. After 4 weeks of sleeping on our new mattress/box springs we are delighted.

My husband and I just purchased this set in-store and it doesn't even compare to our old set. We are endlessly surprised by it's softness and comfort. We haven't noticed a huge difference in how we sleep, but it is definitely more comfortable and luxurious. Definitely a great purchase!

I slept in a Serta Perfect sleeper at a hotel so I had to get one I thought was comparable to the hotel and I did find it. It took me a week to get used to the comfort and I have never slept so well. I made a great choice in the bed.

Slow Delivery,

Mattress is very good, but it sure is high. Had to lower the bed frame to only 2 inches off the floor. Sleep is best I have had in a long time. Delivery company did not deliver as promised and I waited almost a month after they called to say they had would deliver within a week.

I have used the mattress for a little over a week and have been more than happy. The bamboo top is very soft and the bed is extremely comfortable. I haven't slept this well in yeaars. Make sure to get the deep pocket sheets. I got 18" deep and they fit perfectly. The specs list the mattress as 14.5" thick, but it is more like 16-16.5".

Worst buying experience I have ever had,

I ordered this mattress on 6/17/09 and received it on 7/08/09. In the order description it states that Serta will build your mattress when they receive your order, well when the mattress arrived you could tell from the vinyl packaging that it had been in a warehouse somewhere for quite a while. The mattress also had smudge marks on it. I have been a Sam's Club member for over 20 years and have always been very pleased with their products and never expected this.

If you love firm beds, this is not for you,

This matress is perfect for one person with vaulted ceilings who loves memory foam and lives in a really cold place.
This matress is very high and you'll need bigger than average fitted sheets (14 in or more).
For some reason it gets (extremely) really hot at night and we're in the month of June in Bakersfield, CA. (must be the material)
It is extremely plush. When I lay down I sink into a hole and my feet end up higher than my body because of the memory foam.
I 'm getting used to it, so I won't return it. I was used to sleeping in a firm matress and I guess it's taking me a while to get used to something different. The quality is great and the matress looks luxurious.
I recomend buying a matresspad that stays cool.
