excellent futon replacement,

I purchased a full size Aerus 8" mattress to replace the futon on a futon couch. It feels like the best upholstered furniture now. It fits and folds beautifully in the frame - you do need an 8-9" cover instead of the standard 6", but they are readily available.
I think that this mattress might be a little harder than I prefer on a bed, but I will definitely consider the thicker Aerus mattress for our bed. I would prefer a thicker layer of memory foam on top of the denser foam for sleeping. However, this mattress is exactly as described and is absolutely perfect for our use.

Great product for the price,

We bought this for our son and a loft bed that I built for him. He just loves it.
Just as someone had stated in a review the matress is a bit smaller than what they state but with all the bedding matrerials it turned out to be the best size.
After de-boxing it obtained its shape very quickly.

This is a very comfortable mattress, and perfect for the bunk beds. Only issue is that it is too easy for me to fall asleep there because it is so comfortable...I wake up 2 hours later to head back into my room!

Great mattress,

We bought this mattress for our 7 year old. She loves it and it goes great with her platform bed. The price was great, so I was a little concerned that it would be "cheap." But that doesn't seem to be the case. My hope is that this mattress will last her until she's ready to go out on her own. The only thing negative to say is that the mattress does have an odor...like a new car odor. However, it seems to be fading with time.

I agree with the person who said it is not the advertised size, however, since it was for my daughter, it really is not an issue. It would be for me personally as I am rather tall and am use to beds being too short! However, she has only been on it a couple of days and it is my understanding it will expand...???
It is very comfortable and soft. She is sleeping the best she has in many years.

Amazing growing mattress,

We were surprised when this mattress arrived at college in a relatively small oblong box. It was wrapped airtight. It opened to full size in a matter of minutes. My son loves it- says it is amazing to sleep on. Perfect for the full size upper bunk in the frat house! Perfect price also! It arrived within 2 days of order for a inexpensive delivery price too!

Not as advertised,

While I will say this mattress is very comfortable to lay on. It's actuall measurements are way off from what they advertised.
Advertised at : 75" x 54" x 8"
Actual : 70" x 52 " x 7"
I wouldn't mind the 52" & 7" being off but being off by 5"s is quite a bit. 6" vs 5'8"

Good mattress for great value,

I bought this mattress for my daughter, who had been sleeping on a futon. She had a lot of back trouble after sleeping on the futon, and now has no more back pain. She absolutely loves this mattress. Only downside is that it is harder to get her up for school now - she doesn't want to leave her bed! I was a little concerned that an 8 inch mattress wouldn't be thick enough, but it is so very comfortable. I may get another one for myself now!
