These are the best red peppers I've ever had. I don't roast them, but rather use them in salads. They are even fantastic just on their own. My husband and I agree they are almost like candy! Very yummy!

These are AWESOME,

If you like sweet peppers, particularly roasted, these are well worth their price. I did them up in my toaster oven, turning when the skin started to show blackening. The result was the most heavenly and delicious (and healthy) side dish. They need no salt, no fat or oil because their flavor stands up on its own.
