We have been researching swingsets for the past 2 years and almost bought the Woodridge set Sam's had last year. Glad we waited!
It took myself and my husband 15 hours spread over about 5 days to put together. (We still have to put the rebar stakes in and waterseal it) That included an hour spent ahead of time sorting and labeling the hardware into ziploc baggies. I strongly recommend doing this step, it will save you a lot of time in the long run! The laminated parts sheet was also a huge help. Any predrilled holes on the wood pieces lined up perfectly. I don't think that would have been the case had we bought another brand. My husband did most of the actual assembly, while I would read the instructions for the next step and get the wood pieces and hardware ready. We had an air compressor with a rachet attachment and according to my husband, this saved us a ton of time!
A couple of the rock wall and ladder boards had cracks, but Rainbow's customer service was great! I called them up and they shipped them out FedEx within a few days.
The only con I have is that the prestained color is already wearing off in areas. We still need to waterseal it. I wish it came factory watersealed good for the first year.
The kids love their new swingset!

2nd Birthday Party
It's a great product for the money.We looked at private showrooms and dealers that wanted twice as much for same or less of an item. Everthing was in well marked boxes..nothing was missing , even had a lot of extra hardware included. Sorting the items and hardware the night before did save a lot of time.We still had about 30 man hours invested in the project. But it was well worth it. Our 2 year old Grand son loves it...It is truly well built, Adults can use it!

Ever since I first saw the Rainbow brand swingsets, I knew that is the brand I wanted. Unfortunately, the local showrooms were too far and we would have to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery.
It was between this and the sets they have at Lowes and there was no question which was the better quality swing set.
It is a little overwhelming when you first open up the boxes and see all the lumber and hardware, but we took the time to separate and label everything and it saved us hours during the build.
Overall, my twin 2-year old boys love it.....along with all of our friend's kids!

Great price on a solid product,

We came across this set while visiting our local club, and after doing some research on other similar featured sets, the purchase became a no brainer.
This set is really solid. While it's not made of cedar like most made by Rainbow & other manufacturers, (instead a selection of whitewoods) I have no concerns about the durability of the All-American Kingdom.
Assembly went really smooth, as the included directions, DVD, and poster are great. I was able to complete the ladders and rock wall by myself and added another helper to finish the job. The hardest part was unloading the 5 boxes from the truck.
The price for this playset is between 1/3 to 1/5 of comparable cedar sets. If you are considering this set, I would not hesitate. Everything has exceeded our expectations thus far and our 2 year old daughter loves it.

Best Playground Deal Around,

This is a great playset. Much more sturdy than other brands & priced way below what it's worth. Similar sets from distributors are AT LEAST twice the price. I researched many many options from several different companies & was thrilled to see this at Sam's. Instructions were easy to follow, especially with the laminated poster-sized parts list and step-by-step DVD included. No missing parts or incorrectly-sized boards on this one. The hardest part was getting everything home in a pickup truck and unloading it by myself. In hindsight, sorting all the hardware would have been the biggest time-saver, but no big deal. Sore muscles after it was all done, but WELL WORTH IT. What an incredible value!!! Buy one if you can.

Great buy, hard work,

We really wanted a rainbow set, but the showroom prices were too much for us. This is a great price for what you get.
Putting it together is a big task. When you start it can seem overwhelming, but it goes much faster after you get going. Make sure to have the DVD set up and a lot of room to lay pieces out. The DVD directions really help though.
We did have to cut a couple of boards to size and we were missing some screws. Not a big deal though. You do need a fair number of tools, so make sure you review the tool list before you buy or at least before you get started.
It took us about 13 hours to build the set over two days with two people.
While it is a big task, it is worth it to see the kids faces when it is together. It really is worth the cost when compared to other sets on the market.
Sams really came through for us on this one.

AMAZING SWING SET FOR THE PRICE!!!,

We have done our research for about a year now on swing sets. We were so excited to find this one at Sam's Club. It has tons of activities for the kids and was a great price. It is VERY sturdy and adults can play on it as well. We did add another coat of water seal, just to keep it nice. I actually like this set better than most of the other rainbow sets from the dealers! You won't be sorry with this! The directions were VERY clear and the DVD was great to watch as we went. I did label all of the hardware before we started which really helped. We have had kids of all ages play on it and love it. It is VERY sturdy and does not budge at all. A lot of my friends have the REALLY expensive playsets for their kids and they couldn't believe how great this swing set was and how little we paid for it! Can't go wrong with it!
