In an effort to limit my intake of processed sugars and not endulging on a regular basis on sweets. This has been a welcomed addition to my food diet. For those moments were I want to something on the sweet side, I know I can have that satisfaction met without a massive intake of processed sugars and calories. And to boot there's fiber in this. I would highly recommend not only to someone watching their sugar, but also for those like myself who wants to maintain good eating habits.

My husband is a diabetic and is thrilled to have something 'sweet' that doesn't raise his blood sugar. They are his dessert at mealtime. I like them too! The orange tastes like a dreamsicle. Just the right size for kids to eat before melting. Wish they were a little firmer, as they sometimes break trying to get them out of the wrapper.

I discovered these while on a diet and they have become one of my favorite desserts--diet or not! They are wonderfully creamy and have just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. The only downside is that they're pretty small, so I usually eat 2 or 3. But considering how cheap the box is, that's still an inexpensive and healthy dessert.

These are the worst sugar free ice cream sticks ever. As a consumer with diabetes I was happy to see something sugarfree in the ice cream section. But to my dismay I was sorely disappointed with the taste and lack of flavor.Would not give this to my kids as a punishment

These bars are good! They are not as sweet as regular fruit bars, but for me that is a good thing. They satisfy your sweet tooth and with only FOURTEEN calories and no sugar they are perfect. If you live a completely sugar-free life like me you will like them. Hubby loves them too.

The bars are a nice size with a pretty color and design. They offer no gluten and are sugar free, which is great for children that already consume too much artifiscial sugars. They have splenda in them, which is great for those people in search of less sugar. My children ate 2 bars and they were not jumping off the walls! The size of the bars are great as well, they complement the time it takes on a hot summer day for your child to digest a popsicle. You do not want a popsicle that melts before your child finishes eating it. The bars are exceptionally well for those suffering a sore throat. My throat felt better immediately after eating a phillyswirl and I stopped feeling so dizzy because my stomach would not digest much food. Believe me they work like magic for sore throats.
