I have had the grill a week now and it looks awesome. It came packed like all the reviews have said (very well). Wood crates and packaged in a box as well! It took me longer to unpack it than it did to set it all up. Plugged it in and everything worked fantastic. The fridge holds a 30 pack nice! Have not hooked the sink up yet. One screw did not fit due to the bar not aligning correctly but not a huge thing. I don't understand why the hose hooks up to the sink from the back where everyone would sit or stand around the bar area. I believe I will move it underneath as well as all the electrical. Overall I am very pleased with the grill.

Even Better than the Picture,

The sections were delivered in wood crates, which was quite a job to unload. We had to call the city trash service to pick-up the crate materials. Other than that, this is a beautiful addition to my back yard. The fridge works great, the grill has everything, the sink was bigger than I expected, and the granite surfaces gives it a classy look. Haven't used the griddle or burners yet. The custom covers come with it, which I didn't expect. They are really nice. We will be installing the gas conversion kit soon, but for now, propane works just fine. Highly recommend.

The grill performed better than I ever imagined. It is durable and really not that bad to put together. I was able to put the grill together myself with the help of my plumber for the sink portion of the grill. It comes with all the bells and whistles that you expect with a $7,000 product. I was expecting shabby material for this price, but to my surprise, it is high quality material that should last a long time. I would highly recommend this grill to anyone who is in the market for a new grill

This was the best money spent on the improvements yet. It arrived as touted packaged to the 9’s, and this took some time to unwrap, (I saw it as more beer time, lol) Not a scratch on it. The set up was easy, and we were done in about 2 or so hours. Heavy? Yes, so have a friend handy to help. (More beer involved here) I would only add to be careful with the cover to the main grill piece. The spit caddy has sharp edges, and will snag the cover..

Awesome looking unit. Have not used the grill yet, but it is hooked up to water and electricity. The unit has plenty of storage space. The granite counter tops are very rich looking. On one of the units, the door does not close completely that encloses the propane gas tank.

This grill cooks great, the infrared burner and the two side burners are good. The covers are almost to small and hard to get on. The grill came without the screws for the sink faucet, I called tech support for screws and thy sent them fast. Unfortunately the manual was wrong so the screws they sent did not help.

This outdoor kitchen was a wedding gift to my daughter and her fiance. He met the delivery truck and immediately started unpacking. When she got home from work, he had set up the grill,loaded the fridge with beer, invited friends over and started a cookout. RUN, do not walk, to your nearest Sam's club and get this grill! Or better yet, stay seated and order it on-line for delivery so you don't have to unload it yourself. What a fantastic value at the current in-store price of $1500. The features and extras on this three-piece set are just incredible. The quality looks to be excellent. The packaging is very well done—everything was neatly and carefully packed and was in perfect shape when we unpacked the three boxes. All three components are almost fully built, so there is very little effort needed to put it together. There are so many little extras included: cutting board, huge stainless grill pan, Korean grill pan, bottle opener with top-catcher, rotisserie holder, batteries for the electronic lighters, screwdriver (for the very few screws you’ll need to put in), and pan lifter tool.
It is gorgeous. The rotisserie works like a dream—very smooth and quiet operation. The lighter works great and the burners light effortlessly. The solid-stainless grates are very heavy and look like they’ll hold up well.
As for the other reviews: I don’t think it is fair to give negative feedback regarding the weight of the units or difficulty in unloading—what did you expect when you bought a gas grill? As far as I’m concerned, the heavier, the better. These units were delivered attached to sizable (and heavy) pallets—and I’m sure I can thank those pallets for the perfect condition in which these units arrived.
For the quality of the stainless: only time will tell. For sure stainless isn’t the best out-door material, even if it is a top grade—but that is the current fashion in grills… I’ll plan to keep the units cleaned with stainless cleaner, which has a protective quality. And I’ll probably use the great-fitting and attractive covers. For now, it looks fabulous!
Get one, before they’re gone—at this price it is half the cost of the similar unit at Costco.

The Best Grill for the Dollar,

When purchasing a grill these days you have to understand the gap in the cost. A grill from $150 to $2000.00 is one grouping and the next level starts at $5000.00 to $15000.00. This grill is the 3rd grill I've purchased in the last 18 months. In my opinion at $1600.00 there are more bells and whistles than any other grill i have ever seen. The funny part is these features actually work and they work very well. For instance the seperate searing grill actual sears the meat very well and when I received the grill, the unit was not working correctly. I called the company 1-800 number and they sent the replacement part without any hassle or charges. Not so in the past with other grills. The main grilling section works wonderfully and the sink is a must when grilling outdoors. I am unexpectedly impressed. The wheels on the bottom of the grill are a great feature and can support the weight of the grill. The only way to upgrade from this grill is to spend at $10,000.00 and I am not sure if that would be enough.

In the Man Cave
We bought the outdoor modular grill @ local club store. Took our trailer to bring it home. When we got it home and unpacked there was a dent on the sink module but my husband kept it anyway. We bought it in middle of July 09. Husband got to use it once before going back to Iraq. I have used it several times. It is such a joy to use. Not real easy to clean it. Have it in the carport turned Man Cave.

This is the copy of the e-mail that I'm sending to Omaha Grills entailing all the problems:
Dear Omaha Grill help center,
I called and explained what was wrong with my grill and assorted accessories, but thought that this would be a better venue. Listed below are the problems with each piece of equipment(3N1 Grill #466049) that I bought at the Terre Haute, IN Sam's Club on 8/4/09 for 1,598.00 plus tax.
Module Model B09SMG-3- Party Cart
The Faucet Assembly had the bolt already in the left side where I was to screw in the bolt. The right side, where the bolt should have been was not threaded. Only 1 bolt is on it to hold it in place. (See Picture) The Bar Counter Support Assembly cannot be attached to the top of the Cabinet Back Panel as shown as one of the 4 holes is too far out of alignment. (See Picture) When opening the refriderator unit, the bottom of the door drags on the frame, and it shows that it is out of alignment. (See Pictures) I haven't tested it for leaks, hooked it up to water, or tested the refrigerator. Range Modular Model B09SMG-2- LP Gas Grill
The Searing Burner Cover Assembly is totally mismade. There are gaps in the stainless steel that joins along the upper face. (See Pictures) The Screw to hold the LP Cyliner cannot be turned enought to engage the cylinder without the chance that the wingnuts will break off. The hole doesn't seem as it was drilled out enough. The Searing Burner is not getting gas. The two side burners will light and gas is flowing as you can smell it. The Searing Burner isn't getting any gas. When you turn it on, it will not light under electornic ignition, a match, and you cannot smell the gas. Grill Modular Model B09SMG-1- LP Gas Grill
The first step of the assembly cannot be completed becasue one of the bolts used to attach the Rotisserie Left Support cannot be taken out. It's turning freely and I"m guessing it's stripped. I haven't done any other testing/assembly with this as I'm frustrated and angry.
So, I've now spent 5 hours assembleing these components, $25 in transportation to get it home, and NOTHING is right.
Please advise me how we can resolve these issues. Attached are the pictures of the items and the receipt.
***We'll see if there can be a stress free settlement. This is the 3rd Grill that I've bought from my local Sam's Club and the only one I've ever had trouble with.

Awesome Outdoor Kitchen,

This "grill" is awesome! Is a complete outdoor kitchen & the pieces are separate which enables you to rearrange as the mood or season suits you! The SEARING makes for excellent restaurant quality steaks and Prime Rib Roast on the rotisserie is out of this world!!!!
I ordered mine before they were available in stores and the trucking company damaged it, so used a trailer & took it back to local my local Sam's club & they replaced it, as by then they had them in stock and they even REFUNDED my shipping costs!
I have not problems with it sitting out year round in the HOT Florida sun, and seldom even use the high quality covers. Just use good stainless steel & granite cleaners and you will love way it glitters in the sun!
And now it's on sale - Get it before it's TOO LATE!!!!!

This is a great value, in reading other reviews I have to comment. Heat will turn all stainless steel brown and it is heavy and difficult for 1 person, my suggestion get a friend and a trailer. You've got to use your head.It is heavy because it is built so well.It is on sale now for $1598.00 you will never find a premium grill that cheap. As for cooking it's wonderful, I did have to get use to the infared burner.Sam's is not making any money selling it at this price.

The first two sinks tops we got were cracked as well as the display. Then about a week later, we noticed the doors turning brown. We were told that the stainless steel is a very low grade and would continue to spot (actually looked like rust). Finally had to return item. Too bad because it fit perfectly on the deck and looked great.

Difficult to get home without a delivery crew. Sam's loaded the three crates into my pickup with a forklift. But when I got home it was really difficult to get them out. Would definetly recommend renting a truck with a lift. Otherwise you'll need two or three strong men to help.
