The delivery company only delivered to the back door and the rest of the setup was left to us. I wasn't too happy about that, as it weighed 450 lbs. The combination lock is difficult to open. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 times trying to get it open. Other than that, we are satisfied with the save itself.

very poorly built on the inside,

the exterior of this safe is normal. the interior on the other hand is horrible. nothing is secured to the floor or walls and they use glue instead of screws to attach the supports together.

POOR Handling,

The safe was what I was looking for, but the 2 dents in the door were an option I did not want. It looked as if someone had run into the front door with forklift tines. Fortunately the safe is functional. It was not a show piece so the asthetics are a secondary concern.

I was also leary of purchasing over the internet,,sight unseen,,but just like one other reviewer,,Im 100% satisfied.The price was excellent for the amount of safe your getting.Had to call them to get them to finally ship,but then things moved faster than expected.

Excellent Safe!,

Extensively searched for a quality gun safe at a reasonable price and was leary of purchasing over the internet sight unseen. I am 100% satisfied. The quality is first rate, and the dark charcoal finish exterior is very attractive. Mechanicisms are smooth and sound, and the interior mounted electrical outlet is a plus for an additional dehumidifyer (which I added). Had a minor issue with the safe post delivery, but the customer service personnel at samsclub.com were very accomodating in helping and resolving the issue.
