The only problem in any area the I had was the assembly directions were totally wrong. It said turn the unit upside down to assemble the bottom.
The bottom will not fit from the upside down position, you must lower the bottom piece from the top of the unit, turn it on it's side and assemble it that way.

Just put this together and was very pleased at the quality of the console. It came out of the box partially together which made the remainder of the assembly easy and quicker than I thought it would be. Looks good with the new 52 in. flat panel TV I purchased. Would definitley purchase again.

Good value for money, 09/18/2009

Product was as advertised and constent with previous reviews with one exception. Previous reviews indicated there was no hole in the back of the cabinet. That has been correctet as the unit we recieved did have a hole for passing cables through (in center section, not in side section). We'd purchase it again if we had to do it over again.

If you're in the market for a console, this is the piece you want; its solid and very well made. Not flimsy like you'll find in most products at the same price-point. I especially like the glass doors (the remotes work thru them). Highly recommend!!

Great product for the $, 08/15/2009

We recently purchased this media console and were pleasantly surprised with its look and quality. It comes partially together out of the box and the remaining assembly was quick and easy. Just make sure you think ahead of each step and you'll be fine. The only con we found (and it's minor) was that it doesn't have premade holes in the back of the side compartments for component cables but we were able to puncture our own w/out issue.
