Lovely Little Lights,

I bought these in November 2009, to outline my dark driveway year round. I stretched them out right along the cement edge. They shine pale blue-white rather than bright white and I am thrilled with their performance. They are holding their charge until morning. The solar cell gets hit by my sprinklers and that may be a problem for the long term. The LED bulbs are small; they are about half as bright as a regular light string, which in full dark is certainly bright enough for my purposes. I am adding three more sets to also outline my walkway. The 6 foot distance between the solar cell and the first bulbs allows you to locate the cell in full sun while the light string can run anywhere, in my case through deep shade where other solar lights have failed to charge. These are subtle vs bright and would be overshadowed if mixed with larger bulbs for use for holiday displays. This 100 light string compares in price with many competitor's 50 light strings. Highly recommended!

I bought these lights to string around a backyard pergola. Since doing so, the outline of the pergola shines at night witht he help of the LED lights. The only downside was that the solar panel is made to place on a ground spike, and cannot be attached to anything using wood screws.

I love these lights, didn't know that they flash. They can be used for Christmas lights. They stay on alot longer that 6 hrs. I've gotten up early to find them still on. I've shopped at the local stores and found them to be a very good price. I would recommend them. Thank you, I look forward to shopping for a different set, maybe the colored versions.
