Excellent little camera,

I've had this camera for about a week. I have taken many photos with it and they have came out very well. I have not had any blurry shots, and most of the pictures were taken of children who don't really stand still. As with any camera, pictures get beeter when you become more familiar with its settings and functions. I'm not a hugh fan of xd cards. Other than that, it came with plenty of stuff. A case, 1GB xd card, micro sd card adapter (so u can use it in place of an xd card) AV cable, usb cable, software and manual on disc.

Got this camera, charged it and immediately shot 18 pictures of grandchildren playing. All shots were great and taken on AUTO setting. Then I read the book, experimented with the filter settings and took some great outdoor snow shots.

Not so Great,

I was really surprised that I didn't like this camera. I tried to like it, but the pictures just looked awful. The only way to get the pictures to look remotely like what i was seeing with my eyes was to turn off the flash completely. But this isn't the solution since so often a flash is needed. The flash colored the picures a strange blue. I'm not crazy about the menu access and options. It seems as if they are designed to impress with the layout but not with user friendliness. It should be relatively easy to adjust exposure and settings then point and shoot. but i have several pictures stored that need to be adjusted before printing. it does have great features, but if the pictures aren't great....why bother?
