I am not a fan of exercise at all but I turned 50 this year and my kids had a Wii and I thought what the heck. I have hit it every day since I got it. The exercises are all game like so you never know you are exercising until you stop to wipe the sweat from your face. The kung fu is great and the yoga, there is strength training and lots of balance games. I have not even hit them all once yet. It is defintely worth your while if you hate to exercise. This game is super easy to attach to the tv, then just slip in the disk and off you go for fun. The price was a must have. That is what was holding me back initially but when it dropped, I jumped and haven't stopped since. If you haven't exercised in a while or not at all, this is the game for you. You won't be bored and you won't be disappointed.

This is a great concept of using the balance board with the games. I believe I achieved a better work out because the board monitors your actions and gives warnings about not staying in the correct spots. I love the calories burned counter! I am not physically fit and this balance board will have me in shape in no time.

Aswome way to stay healthy, 10/19/2009

I was weighing the options between going to a gym vs getting this puppy. I think so-far I like this. I'm not a muscle building enthusiast. I just want to be healthy with my body. You should be honest with yourself to get the best results.

Pros:
1. Tells the user that how much calories burn (at least a rough value).
2. There are many exercises available to chose from.
3. Display the progress of you, how it goes.
4. In-expensive for a simpler solution for your workout.
5. Doesn't have to go through the hassle of subscribing for a Gym and drive ever other day.
6. Time flexibility
Cons:
1. Not for a body builder.
2. If you are planning building your muscles, this is not the one.
3. Some exercises may not be displaying the accurate calories burnt.
